✅ Return Eligibility — When You Can Request a Return

We accept returns under the following specific circumstances:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • You notify us via email (care@vedacara.com) within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging.

🖼️ To initiate the process, please include clear photo(s) or a video showing the issue. This step is essential for our team to validate your claim swiftly and accurately.

❌ What Doesn’t Qualify for a Return?

We value transparency, which is why we want you to be fully aware of what situations do not qualify for a return or refund:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Subjective preferences such as scent, color, texture, or perceived effectiveness are not valid reasons for return.

  • Any claim made after 72 hours of delivery will unfortunately not be entertained.

  • Items purchased during special promotions or discounts (unless damaged or defective) are non-returnable.

  • Shipping delays or delivery issues caused by third-party logistics providers are outside our control and not eligible for refunds.

🔍 Important: Our products are crafted using natural Ayurvedic ingredients. Since these are holistic remedies, results may vary based on individual constitution and usage. This natural variation is not a valid reason for requesting a return

If your claim is approved based on the criteria above, we’ll ensure you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Here’s how the refund process works:

  1. Email us at care@vedacara.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and supporting images or videos.

  3. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.

  4. Once verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  5. In some cases, we may schedule a reverse pickup or ask you to send the item back.

You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is initiated. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

🔄 Replacement Instead of Refund? We've Got You Covered

Prefer a replacement over a refund? No problem. If the item you received was incorrect, damaged, or defective and is still in stock, we’ll ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

Please clearly state that you prefer a replacement when you submit your return request to help us speed up the process.
